Account closed no reason, how do I get my money out after 180 days?

About 6 months ago my account was closed out of the blue with a message saying:  You can no longer use Paypal.  

I have waited 180 days, and I still have no way of accessing the money in the account.

Does anyone know what I can do?  There is obviously no telephone number I can use to speak to someone.

To add to this issue, i recieved my ketter saying i can wothdrawl the funds but it will not let me get the funds still. Wont allow me to add a bank account or debit card. There fore i cant evem request a check. This is them robbing me and i have called at least 6 times and spent iver 15 hours tying to get my money
