Account closed due to age when account opened, but have a current case open in resolution centre

Hi, I am a few days off turning 20. I have been using PayPal almost daily since 2017, apparently a few months too many as I therefore made the account before turning 18. This has never been an issue until now, when my account has been suspended. I’m not too upset about this, although it is inconvenient, except that I currently have a claim for almost £100 due to a fraudulent seller. Will I be left out of pocket or will PayPal still help to sort this out? Thanks
