Its very confusing since my account was closed for me disputing a charge I didn't recognize. I thought the resolution center would look into the charge and be able to give me info and also be able to explain the unfamiliar charge . instead they closed my account for the inquiry I made to the resolution center with no explanation of what the charge was and instead accused me of using the resolution center incorrectly implying I should know how to use a service that I have never used before. And now sends me notices about my new card and so idk if I can open a new account
