Account cancellation

Got a message that my account is being cancelled.  When I try to follow the dispute procedures or send an email for inquiry I cannot because the account is cancelled. I need to reach someone to find out WTF happened.  Is there a phone number for support to call since I cannot use their dispute, help or email system?

@PayPal_Joy Thank you for your reply, but as I stated above, due to my account cancellation, I cannot use the contact, dispute or existing help setups. Anytime I try, I am either blocked because of my account status or if allowed to write, when pressing send it deletes the info and gives error messages. 

 

I do not feel comfortable putting personal info on FB or Twitter to reach you.  Is there an phone number or email address to reach someone? This is serious, my mother is dependent on the money I send her to pay for her prescriptions and home care, while the company hides from it’s long-time customers who helped build your company need support.
