Account blocked

My account is blocked due to documents needing to be uploaded but all my personal documents have a different surname to my PayPal one and now I can’t access my account I’m trying to resolve this the past 3 days emailing PayPal numerous times and getting no response

You should be ok as long as you have legally changed the name on your paypal account TO the ones on your legal documents and those documents prove that legal change.

Have you legally changed it then?

Have you got a document that proves it?

Or does your name have 2 minor spelling errors that you need to correct?
