Where is the human touch in PayPal. I find it such a user-unfriendly site. Its always the same template response over and over again.
Can anyone, other than a bot, help me please? I would love to have my POV changed about the service levels of PayPal. Where is the Pal in the platform?
I changed my account from personal to business 2 1/2 years ago and ever since then I just cannot access my funds at all nor has anyone been able to assist.
