Account being used to support illegal activity (Human Sex Slavery)

Where can I go to report an account being used to transfer money back to people behind a Human Sex Slavery operation in Australia?
Obviously I will speak to the police but there should be a way to cut off the funding immediately

Paypal's virtual agent is useless in this case & Dispute resolutions take too long

There should be a method of shutting this down - where do you start?

Click on legal bottom of paypal pages > acceptable useage policy > there is a live link on the word 'report' to report users or violations of that policy.

Sadly Paypal are yet to take any action

I reported this transaction as fraudulent at the time 
I have also reported to the Acceptable Use email address
I advised of the illegal activity & the fact that I had contacted the Australian Federal Police

And yet ...
Paypal happily transfer the funds anyway

So in effect - Paypal is supporting the Human Sex Trafficking problem that exists in Australia by allowing payments to reported offenders

Not good corporate policy
