Account banned for using partner debit card.

Hi, I sent money from my debit card through my PayPal account to my wife’s PayPal account so she could deposit money on a gambling website through PayPal. On the gambling website my wife was redirected to PayPal to finish the deposit and paypal showed the funds I transferred to her but there wasn’t an option to use it so she tried to pay it with my card and her PayPal account was banned, so now the funds will be held for 180 and she can’t call the support as she only speaks Portuguese. Is there anything we can do about it?

Sadly not as she broke paypals acceptable use policy by using her paypal account for gambling purposes which is against their rules unless you get prior permission.
