Account access temporarily limited, can't verify my ID

Hello, it's been a few months since I've last sent a message to PayPal with the resolution center without getting any response. I'm having trouble identifying my ID through PayPal, I've tried both with my driver's license and with my national ID card with no success. What can I do?

 

Some info on me: I was born in the US, I live in Italy and I have 100% Italian citizenship and documents. I use PayPal in English.
