Account access limited

I have a notification  indicating  that access to my account is limited and I need to update my information. When I complete the information requred on the information form (address etc) the next box is greyed out and I cannot continue. I have put this to customer services 3 times and just received an automated reply indicating I need to complete the information form - getting very frustrating. All the information required is in my account profile. Any idea how I resolve this issue

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
