I just want to ask how I can resolve this problem: I do not have the valid IDs that Paypal is asking for & I do not have a credit card statement, I use American Express VIrtual Pay. Is there any other way I can resolve this problem? I just wanted to verify my Paypal account but unfortunately, I came up with this problem. Thank you in advance.
