I have this message and send all requested information since 3 days. Do you know when it will be analyzed and unblocked. Indeed I created a new account to put my Chinese UnionPay card as I cannot put it in my previous French account.
I live in China now and want to pay with my Unionpay card.
I sent messages to support but the only thing I got is FAQ...
"Your account access is temporarily limited
We need a little more information about you to help confirm your identity.
We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these."
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
