Good day guys. my account access temporary limited, and one of the requirements below is to submit a bank statement. the problem is i don't have any active bank accounts in my name, what will i do? thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear your account is limited. If you are unable to submit the requested documentation, you can type a letter explaining why. Depending on the situation, we may be able to proceed without the documentation. However, if we're trying to re-verify a previously added bank account, we will need a statement from when the account was open. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
