Hi there, I have a business account and it got "limited". I received an email saying I had to provide information on 5 different points, one of them being "proof of business licence". I uploaded my company's registration document thinking it would solve everything but it only solved 1 of the 5 points; I got an email saying I still had to provide information for the 4 other points.
The problem is: I can't even upload more documents. It's stuck at "Submitted for review". I can't add more information, please check the images.

Received email #1
This is email #2 after I sent company registration document. It says there are 4 points unsolved.
#3 This is when I go to the Resolution center
#4 This is where I should be able to send documents, but theres nothing. The button should be where it says it's under review...

Oh my, a business license does not answer or provide an explanation for the 4 other questions. They want something in your own words.
Looks like you'll have to wait until PayPal finishes reviewing the document and updates the system. Or call customer service to enable the upload function:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Thank you, I contacted PayPal via email and facebook too. They said they'll assign me to a specialist. I'll just wait.
