Hello! I've received an email from PayPal saying that my account is limited and I need to confirm my identity... No problem at this point, until I go to the confirmation page to follow the steps and I'm stuck at "Upload proof of address" because I'm still living with my parents... Every bill is in their name, my phone bill too is because I was under 18 years old when my parents made a subscription to the Phone Operator and I don't know what to do because PayPal wants a proof that contains a pay to or from me, where my name is written on the bill and I don't have.
