Currently, I have some limitations on my account and PayPal is asking for some documents to lift the limits. I'm an international student living and studying in Sydney, Australia.
Firstly, I have provided my identification documents such as the passport. But as I live with my housemate and all of the bills are under his name, there is no bill to provide for verifying the residential address. The question is, can I verify my address via my bank statement?
