My account seems to be temporarily limited, i don't know why but i really need it to be active again so i can pay my Netflix, Spotify, etc...
Since i've received a refund from our hotel it's been limited. I've filled in all the required forms and i don't sell anything on PayPal.
It's already been 2 or 3 weeks but nothing seems to be resolved. I've send alot of messages to PayPal and i still keep receiving an automated response.
I've tried to call PayPal 5 times already but they're closed.
Can anyone help me? Please?
