hello family, i do not know why my account has been suspended/limited for 3 months while i provided every requested detail. I have tried calling the support team but i unable to get them. Is there a way this can be resolved/given a good reason why this has been done to my account.

Unfortunately if they no longer want your business they don't give reasons.
If they are holding your funds for 180 days then that means it is a permanent suspension.
Advice is voluntary.
