My account has been sent for info verification. Despite PayPal link saying that all the info is verified , and the account is ready for use, It is still blocked, and just shows once again that my account is restricted and sends me on to verify my card/info again. And so It continues in a loop. Can someone please help me out, I have been trying to contact PayPal for weeks with no results, and the Call Center in France is simply not responding.
