Account Restriction

How to remove the account restriction on my account?
Because of this I can't transfer my money on my gcash, I can't withdraw too.
I already provided the information paypal asked. How many weeks or days will it unblock my account or lift the restriction on my account?
I can't even pay online nor withdraw or transfer my cash.
Help?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
