Account Restricted and Payment a

Hello I need Help,

Six months back my account was permanently limited and i had good amount of money at that time

paypal says to me they will hold my money for 180 days. now its been about 200 days i have not receive any 

email from paypal regarding how i can withdraw my money

Please any one can help me in this matter ?
