I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. Please go to the help section at the bottom of any PayPal page and choose the option to "call us". This way we can help get you back in to your account and have it reviewed for unauthorised access for you. 

Please be sure to run a full virus scan on the device you normally use to ensure that it is secure.
