Account Permanent limit

Hello awesome paypal team.

I am in a situation where I happened to add a cc used in my old business account and paypal immediately limited my account.

The firm has since limited my account permanently and not leave room for me to explain myself just like they would do to any small fish.

It looks unfair to me having been a paypal customer for over 15 years now just to be shut down completely like this.

Please help how to go about this.
