Account Locked

How do I get someone to tell ne why my account was locked and how to resolve , the email just said something about the user agreement which I have no idea what it could be in referrence to?

If its a permanent limitation then they just tell you that you violated their user agreement or acceptable use policy in some way.

They don't go into details as i guess it wouldn't make any difference to their decision anyway unfortunately.
