So when I go to my PayPal account a notification pops-up with:
"Some of your account info is missing, so you can’t send, receive or withdraw money right now. Please update your info immediately so you can use your account again as usual."
And If I click "Update Info Now" it just says:
"
Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days."

I don't know if this is normal or what should happen, so please tell me.
Please I am scared I need to claim 150 usd in 10 days.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
