My account was locked as a result of me being under the age of 18, which is against PayPal TOS. My account was limited and asked that I submit my tax ID number and photo ID, which I did. My account is now understandably locked, and has been for a couple of months. Is there a way I can get this information (especially my ssn) to no longer be linked to the account? Can I recover the e-mail address used to make it for when I eventually make a new one when I'm 18? Is there a way I can close the account completely? Help would be appreciated.

Sadly not, paypal keep that information to stop you using it to open another paypal account without their consent.
You would need to get permission from customer services when you are 18 to see if they will allow you to open another consent as you have already broken their rules once they do not always say yes.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
