My account was limited due to being 'under 18'. When I sent my Licence which proved I was 18, an email replied stating that they reviewed the Licence and believed I was still under 18. Which doesn't make any sense. It is rather concerning that Paypal cannot properly review the age of people's ID even after locking their money away.
