We were asked by Paypal (after having an account for over a year) to supply additional information, which we have done. It then asked us to add a bank account (we added one over a year ago successfuly) and it shows this account. It does not ask us to confirm it again it just shows that the account is there and has been verified but when we try to transfer funds it states that the account is limited and to verify again and goes back to the bank account page and seems to be stuck in the same loop. I cannot contact anyone at Paypal - any ideas?
