Recently I've read some articles about account limitations and I saw that paypal can fine you $2500 for breaking the AUP. My question is that, can paypal deduct the money from bank account that is linked to your account?? Or do they only deduct it to your paypal account? I'm new to paypal and I want to know all the possible worst that could happen so I can rethink of using paypal for my business.
