Hi My account has been permanently limited. This was on the 10th Sep and I have no further word why. I have raised a dispute which I was told would be answered within 30 days and still 8ve heard nothing. I've called limitations dept. dozens of time but get no answer as to what is going on. I have a considerable balance and wonder whether I will ever see my money again. I have emailed PayPal and still not had a reply. So frustrating and very unfair. Don't know what to do now ?
