Account Limited

 I have had my account limited as there was activity that I hadn't authorised. My bank had disputed this to paypal. So I have resolved almost all of what paypal has asked me to do to resolve that this is really my account and my identity but there is one I can't seem to resolve and that is check your primary email for additional requirements, but when I click resolve it asks me upload files, but it doesn't state what I need to provide in addition, in the emails sent to me about the account limitations before I started to resolve just asked me to click to start but no other information. Can anyone please help me so I know how to resolve this primary email check and be able to take the limitations off my account.
