Hi I would like to talk to somebody about my account limitation. I would like to send back money from a sender but I have no way of doing it. Also it's terrible that I have no way of contacting anybody about this? Very bad service.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
