I have the "You can't use PayPal anymore" account limit.
I phoned customer service and they said this is permanent, and that my email and bank cards cant be used to set up another account which is super inconvenient.
I received an email on the 20th of March saying this was going to happen. They haven't told me the exact reason, other than in the limitation warning it says: "We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services."
How do I appeal this?
I've had the account for 6 years and always used it for buying clothes online so I don't see why it's been shutdown all of a sudden.
