Account Limited | Under 18

See I'm 20 now, I opened PayPal when was under 18 I cannot open a new PayPal because I don't have other banks and I cannot remove the bank from here or add somewhere else.

how to get this account again !

You would never be able to use an illegally opened underage paypal account again, basically that account is now non-usable.

However paypal 'may' allow you to open another paypal account but you need to ask them first because that is not guaranteed.

When you ask them also ask if they will release any bank accounts etc from your old account but they may not be able to do that.
