I have an account I made when I was 16 and it got permanently limited which I'm assuming is why but I don't know how they would've known. I also had a lot of transactions coming through from selling things which at some point got me locked which was strange.
Anyway, I was wondering if I can get that account back when I am 18 or how I can create a new one? I have tried with this but I don't know how I can link my bank account since I need a new one (which I created and it didn't work)
I'll have a new card by then but I don't know how I can link my bank and phone number
Thank you for any help

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.
You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. That is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you can ask.
You can't use any email addresses or financial information linked to that underage account so if you want to use the bank account again only customer services can say if they can and will remove it from the old account for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
