My Paypal account is limited and they have asked for bank statement . Well I needed this Paypal account urgently so while I was on a trip to the United States , I purchased a prepaid card and used that card to open the Paypal account . Now that I have returned home , I can attach my main credit card and provide bank statement . I just don't know how to proceed ? Should Paypal first lift up the limitation on my account or can I just go ahead and remove the current card and add the main one ?
