Account Limited Despite Identity Confirmation

My account was recently limited due to the identity confirmation. The issue is, I have submitted the required documents several weeks ago. Paypal has emailed me several times about it and whenever I try to confirm my identity, it leads me to a page where it says:

"Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days."

 

But it's been weeks and they never seem to have approved nor rejected the info I submitted. Now my account is limited because of it.

I tried emailing them but still no reply. They also don't seem to have a live chat?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
