Account Limited As Soon As I Made It

My account was limited the second I tried to send someone money using my debit card. I created it about ten minutes before I tried to link my card and was instantly declined and limited. I’ve sent the information PayPal needs to review my account but it has been 7 days (5 business days) since an update. I have no received an email saying they need more information, so what’s taking so long. I need to send some money urgently and I don’t understand why PayPal declined my debit card on the spot when I had just created a PayPal account, and my card had money on it.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
