Hi I am having difficulty removing my acc limitations. I applied for PayPal somewhere back in 2020 when I was in the UK temporarily. Now that I am back to my home country I am unable to do anything with my acc. I do not have any bills with my name and the address I used in the UK while I was staying there. This is so frustrating as I have been trying to resolve this since December 2020 and I just want my balance out and account closed.
