Account Limitations

Hi, 

 

 

I've already followed all the instructions and requirements that were asked of me and I've also received an email regarding the issue that I am facing with the app right now; the "Account Limitations" and I was given an option to refund the money from my buyer by logging in on my Paypal account, clicking "Contact Us" then "Email Us" but unfortunately I can't actually find the "Email Us" button for me to complete the option given. Please do help me. This issue is taking so long to be resolved. This money involved is mine but can't able to get it. 😞

They have been holding my money for 4 years. I don't even have all the info they want any more but my identity has been confirmed . Still they don't contact me or get anything done about it.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
