Account Limitations

I have 2 paypal accounts.
First account was a business account but after a while I stopped using it. The reason why I stopped using it is I started using another account with my partner since we're working the same job.
And the account we shared between us is Personal.

Now my old account and the 2nd account that I shared with my partner are both limited.

Is this the reason for my accounts getting limited? Or there is another reason?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
