Have been trying to resolve my account limitation for at least two years now. Paypal will not let me remove my own bank account from Paypal which I find ridiculous. Never explained why the issue has come up in the first place and when I have gone through the resolution centre and provided ID etc nothing has changed.
Service is pretty poor.
No contact number so you can't even speak to someone to resolve it. Waste of time.
