So my account has been limited because I sold something on eBay and to lift the limitations it asked me for a drivers license and a “proof of purchase” from my supplier. The problem with that is I sold a silverware set that was a gift from my grandma and I don’t have a receipt. What do I do?
Send them your DL, and maybe try to get an appraisal of the silver and send that, and a photo of the item.
Your account did not get 'limited' overnight, or because of 1 item, it happens because of a negative history. So now you just have to deal with it best as you can...
