Somebody show me how to get PayPal's attention after they've limited an account over physical address yet where I come from we don't have much of that and asking on Facebook or Twitter proves how arrogant they can be. I am desperate to get the control of my account back as everything is on a standstill.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.

I had seen that here and even tried to contact them on Social Media. Something about waiting for 3-5 business days and how appreciative they are of my 'patience'. I am also scrolling here right now and wondering why they are so unbothered about all our needs.
Monopoly is hella dangerous.
