I needed to upload my proof of residence. I didn't realise I had clicked on the submit button without submitting documentation. Now the status reads "submitted for review" and I can't change the status and re submit. Anyone know how to do this?
Oh no! I would advise reaching us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can assist with getting the document uploaded. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
