Hello my account has been limited due to being sent more than 2,500 euros. It says that to resolve my account i must complete steps which include uploading photo id. I cannot do these due to the fact that i am only 15 years old and i did not know you have to be 18 years old to have a PayPal account. I need my account to be resolved as i need to refund a buyer as quick as possible. After that i will defiantly not use PayPal again or if i do i will get my parents to make me an account.
