Account Limitations won't let me Resubmit my ID after they told me they need a new picture.

Hello, 

so my account is under limitation and I had to send in my SSN and proof of ID. I did both, but my ID picture wasn't good enough so they needed a new picture. I've been trying to find a place to resubmit a photo ID, but am unable to due to it saying "Under review", (I tried to fix this like, half a year ago then gave up, and am trying to again because im trying to send money to someone). I'm just trying to figure out where I can send in my ID even though it says it's "Submitted for Review" after they already denied it.

Ask them is your best bet.................


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
