Account Limitations not working ?

I got a message saying my account was limited. I was able to upload my drivers liscense but when I click on a card to confirm nothing happens, expect an option to update the card. How do I fix this?

Did you figure anything out? I'm stuck at work and can not access any of my funds, I was supposed to buy a car and literally couldnt get my own money. Also cant reach any type of customer service or support
