Account Limitations and lack of response

Hey everyone . Please I need urgebr help. 

I'm new to this and I jusr created a PayPal account weeks ago. I'm supposed to be paid 600 USD via webpage for a novel I wrote abd sold but the buyers are unable to pay me because of the limitations set on my account. I've tried removing the limitations and I even sent an email through the ''Contact Us" but it's past 24hours and I got no reply. Please I need help. I need the limitations removed as soon as possible.

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
