Account Limitations - PP Prevents Me From Talking To Rep

Furious right now. I switched to business account in *June* of this year. Automatic limitations went into place. Fine. Submitted info they asked for but Paypal rejected my Seller's Permit because the DBA didn't match their records.

Fine. I contacted State and had my seller's permit changed. I uploaded it. Previous rep had told me to call when I did that so it could be escalated and handled in a prompt manner.

Instead, now when I try to call, email, or chat, Paypal just keeps sending me to the same useless Resolution page or the help page, also useless. So incredibly rude.

Does anyone have *any* hints about how one contacts Paypal about this issue? It's been weeks and it doesn't look like they're going to handle it without prompting.

I'm holding right now but the detestable recording seems to have indicated it will connect me with an agent. Thank you for the tip.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
When you get through do NOT select any options just say AGENT or press 0 a few times.
